I don't necessarily consider this a "political" piece of art. However, it is intended to represent the more military-minded America that exists today. I figured the best way to show that would be to use one of the most renowned symbols of the United States. I made 2 versions of this painting: one in traditional oils on canvas, and this Digital version. Overall, I think this one surpassed the traditional painting by leaps and bounds.
